How to cook charlotte with nuts and apples.

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Sift the flour together with the baking powder through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen. We wash the apples, cut them in half and peel them from the core and seeds. I did not peel the skin, but if you want, you can peel it, then the cake will be more tender. Cut the apples into thin slices. We send the walnuts to a food processor and grind them into large crumbs (in the absence of any electric grinder, you can grind the nuts with a knife or rolling pin, wrapping them in a towel before that).
2. Combine eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until the mass increases several times and all the sugar dissolves. Then add flour with baking powder and mix well. Add prepared apples and nuts to the dough. Mix gently.
3. Prepare a cake pan. I used a round shape. Lubricate the bottom and sides butter and sprinkle bread crumbs(with flour or semolina). We send the dough into the mold and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. We bake the charlotte for 30-40 minutes, until it becomes golden brown. The baking is simple, and does not require much hassle or labor.

Ingredients for Apple and Nuts Honey Charlotte:

honey 1 glass

apples 6 pieces

walnuts 0.5 cups

flour 3 cups

eggs 3 pieces (large)

soda 1 teaspoon

vinegar 1 tablespoon

Preparation:
