  • apricots - two kilograms;

Ingredients:

  • two kilograms of apricots;
  • half a kilogram of sugar;
  • two sprigs of rosemary.

So, we are preparing an apricot jam. In a slow cooker, it is necessary to fold the purified and finely chopped fruits, and then pour them with water (it will take about half a glass). Set the "quenching" mode and cook half an hour fruit.

Rosemary Put in a saucepan and pour to it 100 ml of water. After the decoction boils, cook herbs for another five minutes. Remove the sprigs from the pan and set them aside.
