Puff Muffins. Craffins from a layer test

In April, I shared with you, dear readers, the recipe of the original with an interesting name - Kraft. And now I propose to bake craffles from the finished test - a certain culinary hybrid of Croissant and Madfin. With the first it combines the dough, and with the second - the form. These analogies, perhaps, not immediately visible, but the more interesting.

Let me remind you that Ri Stephen - "Father" of Kraft, living in San Francisco - makes them with a variety of creams! We have all this ahead, and now I propose a simple and tasty option from the finished layer-free dough. Although, the layer yeast is also suitable. So choose yourself.

And as a taste accent, I chose raisins, poppy and spices for desserts. You can experiment and add other dried fruits (stolen and chopped), fresh berries, coconut chips, grated chocolate, seeds, crushed or ground nuts ... and this is just what I came to mind now. And if you think about and rush (or in the store) in Soussekam, I am sure that you can find another dozen interesting options.

I baked crafts in silicone molds. But it took not for cupcakes, but for kulichiki. They are slightly higher and they have more. I measured my own - the lower diameter of 4.5 cm, the upper diameter is 6.5 cm, the height is 5 cm. While the standard silicone forms for muffins are 3-3.5 cm. But they can easily use them. In this case, it is better if their form will be uncomplicated - round or square. And each 250-gram layer of test, I would then divide not by 4, but by 6 or 8 squares or rectangles.

Products I took the following:

  • puff pastry without yeast - 500 g (2 layers of 250 g)
  • sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.
  • raisin - 50 g
  • mac - 3 tbsp.
  • seasoning to coffee and desserts * - 2 chips
  • wheat flour in / s - a little for cutting dough
  • * The composition of the seasoning: cinnamon, candy sugar, carnation, cardamom, vanilla.

The first thing was removed the dough from the freezer. Immediately divided 2 layers - it is better not to leave them until a complete defrost together - stick.

Raisins thoroughly washed and poured hot water. Just half an hour while the dough is deficsed. Then he drained the water and hesitated the raisins.

The first 250-gram dough layer ran into a thin layer about 2 mm thick. I smeared with two spoons of sunflower oil. The sound raisins slept slightly flour, evenly distributed over the test. Popped with ground spices.

Then sprinkled with poppies. Cut the cross-stroke with a sharp knife to 4 identical rectangles.
Let me remind you that I did in fairly high silicone molds (see the beginning of the recipe). If you do in conventional cupcakes with a height of about 3 cm, it is better to split the dough layer on 6 or 8 parts.

Shot each of the parts of the roll. No need to make it tight! Drill freely.

The roll cut the sharp knife into two equal parts along, but not coming to the end. There must be such "pants":

The right side of the roll has deployed a little - so that the slice is directed upwards. And shouted snail - from the free end to the non-cut part of the roll.

Prepared silicone molds - before baking, I simply wagon them with cold water - I pour and thump it. If you usually lubricate them with oil, now do the same.

And now the left free part of the roll twisted - again slightly, and not tight! - and put on top to snail. Where Raisin drank greatly, he pressed him into the inside, because he could burn at the top during baking.

With the second dough, the dough did the same.
Each crapphin, despite the same technique, is obtained different from the other. Interesting, isn't it? ;)

And it can be done differently - the left side also twist snail and lay it on top to the first. That is how I formed the first. And the second - as now these small craffles Muffins))

Baked 45 minutes at a temperature of 220-230 "c. In the middle of the process she covered them on top of a foil so that it was not burnt. I checked the wooden skewer - our main task is to be protected. For this, it was necessary to form them freely, and not to twist them.

How to prepare puff pastry muffins:

For the filling to make mince with crushed bow, garlic, salt and spices. Mix well.

Separately fry any mushrooms, in the process add a bit of salt. I had frozen champignons. Mushrooms are pre-crushed with a knife.

Tomatoes wash and cut into thin circles.

Dough defrost at room temperature. One pack is usually two layers.

Each layer roll out in the form of a rectangle. I roll a thickness of 4-5 ml, from one part of the test I had 6 servings.

Then any round shape cut the circles. The number of circles depends on the desired number of portions. The thickness of the dough can also be any, it all depends on what thickness you want to cook cupcakes.

We distribute the dough on the molds, pressing the bottom and sides with your hands.

If the dough is yeast, I recommend to pierce the bottom in several places for a fork.

Put on the bottom a small amount of cheese.

Top of about 2-3 teaspoons of minced meat.

On the minced mellow layer put it.

On mushrooms mug tomato.

Tomatoes slightly simulate, lubricate by mayonnaise and sprinkle generously grated cheese.

Thus, we form all the cupcakes. I got 12 pieces.

We send cakes from a puff dough in molds for cupcakes in advance preheated to 180 * with an oven for about 30 minutes. I focus on ruddy rush. We take out cupcakes from the molds neatly, trying not to burn, it is convenient to use a spoon.

Recipe for cupcakes in the form of roses in the oven with jam


Ingredients:

  • puff pastry 500 gr.,
  • jam - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • apples - 3 pieces.

For syrup:

  • water - 3 glasses,
  • sugar - Paul Gracana,
  • powdered sugar,
  • butter.

Cooking:


It should be prepared by the preparation of this recipe with the defrost of layer test. It is best to defrost at room temperature. As soon as the dough is dropped, it must be rolled, be sure to go through the fork, and cutting strips. On average, the strip width must be approximately 5 cm.


Now we take our apples and cut thin stripes, a very important moment is not cleaned by the peel. After all, they are just the same and serve as rose petals. I used yellow apples, but I advise you to use red, as the kind of them will be much brighter. At the time when I was preparing, I did not think about it. Now we pour water into the pan and put on fire, add sugar, mix and coordinate syrup. Very neatly lay out the sliced \u200b\u200bslices of apples in syrup, it is worth it to boil the minutes three minutes. Do it very carefully so that the slices do not break. It is also very important to appearance.


Woven apples lay out on the colander and give a sort of excess syrup.


We lay the jam on the sliced \u200b\u200bstrips. But we rinse them only half the test.


The next stage on the strips is laying out apples back to each other, but so that the tests of centimeters have remained at the edges of 5 minimum.


Gently sends the bottom of the dough to apples.

While you do all the same with the rest of the stripes, turn on the oven and warm it up to 200 degrees.


We take a shape for cakes and scrolling with sunflower oil, carefully on all sides. We absorb each rose into the mold.


Degree down to 180 degrees. Now we send our baking into the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Either for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. But it is better to follow the pastry, so that the edges of the apples are not burned.


Get ready baking from the oven and let cool about 5 minutes, not touching.


As soon as our baking will cool, I lay it out on the dish and sprinkle with sugar powder.


I do not advise experimenting with stuffing, as the dish should keep the form.
