The French salad recipe today differs from the reference version. The fact is that the exact composition of the dish from Lucien Olivier has not been preserved. However, there are several recipes that are as close to the original as possible.

You will need:

  • 150 g of boneless hazel grouse meat;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1-2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 3 lettuce leaves;
  • 6-20 cancerous necks;
  • olives or capers.

Cooking process:

The first step is to fry the poultry and cut the meat into slices. You also need to cut and boiled potatoes, then chop the cucumber. Mix all products.   • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • 100 g of boiled sausage;
  • greens and mayonnaise.

Cooking process:

First you need to boil the carrots and potatoes without pre-cleaning. After the vegetables have cooled, they need to be cut into cubes. (Cut the peeled cucumber finely, just like the eggs). Cut the sausage last. Now lay out the dish in layers. Put the potatoes first, then the cucumber, sausage, carrots and eggs. Coat all layers with mayonnaise.
