This salad can be prepared not only with smoked chicken (in particular, smoked breast), you can also add smoked ham or meat instead of breast. The salad with smoked chicken is prepared very quickly, since the products are ready-made. At the same time, it is very tasty, juicy and tender.

In my version of this salad, I chose to add chicken breast (smoked fillet).

For a quick smoked breast salad recipe you will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Bell pepper, fleshy, fresh – 2 pcs. (it is advisable to use red and green bell peppers, I used orange),
  • Korean carrots – 200 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 200 gr.

Separate smoked chicken meat from bones. Cut into cubes. Place in a salad bowl.

We need:

  • Smoked chicken meat - 400 g
  • Korean carrots - 100 g
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Beans (red) - 1 can (200-240 g)
  • Mayonnaise (optionally, sour cream) - 100 g (4–5 tablespoons)
  • Green onions - 6 stalks

What are we doing.

Drain the juice from the carrots and beans. The first one can be additionally cut into short threads. Boil the eggs and cut them and the chicken meat into centimeter cubes. Chop the onion. Combine the ingredients together in a deep bowl. That's all!

The mix is ​​traditionally seasoned with mayonnaise, but there are those who prefer a delicate sour cream version. And who doesn’t like green onions, add a duet of parsley and dill or pickled onions here. Chop half a small onion and marinate in vinegar (lemon juice) with a little sugar for 10-15 minutes. Drain the juice: the onion is ready to decorate the salad.

Conservation into action!
