Perhaps, you will not find a fruit, the jam from which would be eaten faster than nectarine. Despite the general similarity with peach, nectarine nevertheless has its own - special and unique - aroma and taste. And the jam from it turns out to be special - bright, tender and refined. A photo recipe for making nectarine jam for the winter and we will share with you today. Making supplies for the winter with love.

Ingredients
- nectarine;
- sugar;
- cans of 0.5-1 l.;
- a key for seaming;
- metal covers;
- a blanket (for wrapping ready-made jam jars).

Recipe with photo step by step:

We wash each nectarine fruit with water.

You should not cut the nectarine into small pieces for jam, otherwise you will get porridge. Pour sugar over the nectarine.

For 1 kg of sugar nectarines, we take 950-1050 gr. Mix the sugar and leave the container with the nectarines aside. As soon as you see that the sugar has dissolved a little, you can put the jam on gas.

We wait for a boil and remove the foam.

Cook the jam after boiling for 6-8 minutes and remove from heat. Thus, the jam must be boiled two more times. After each time, there must be a gap for infusing the jam of 3-4 hours.
Ready hot jam must be poured into sterilized jars. Therefore, take care of preparing the cans a little earlier. It is very quick and practical to sterilize jars in the microwave. Banks must be rinsed with water and baking soda. Pour 1.5-2 cm high water into cans and put the cans "standing" in the microwave oven. We turn on the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power. After sterilization, drain the remaining water in the jars. Boil lids for jars in water for 2-3 minutes. After the last cooking, pour the jam into ready-made cans. Let's roll it up.

After seaming the cans, remove the jam under the blanket to cool completely. For further storage of the jam, lower the jars to a cool place. For example, a cellar. As an option, those who have a "Khrushchev refrigerator" can store jam in it.
