If you are a lover of homemade baking, then cook sausages in puff yeast dough and treat your loved ones with mouth-watering and hearty food. Sausages in dough can be bought in the supermarket in the ready-made sections, but they do not taste like homemade ones at all. I prefer to bake only at home and have long given up on in-store baked goods.

For cooking, you will need to buy ready-made puff yeast dough and high-quality sausages. Sausages can be cooked or smoked, at your discretion. Pastries are perfect for a snack on the road, at a picnic, for children at school. From this amount of products, four sausages are obtained in puff yeast dough.

Take these products for cooking.

We sell puff yeast dough frozen. I take out one rectangular layer and leave it at room temperature for 30-50 minutes. The dough should soften slightly. I send it to a dusty board and roll it out slightly.

I cut the rolled dough layer along the long side into four strips about 4-5 cm wide.

I put a sausage on each strip and wrap it in a spiral. Slightly fix the edges of the dough.

Transfer the sausages to a baking dish. Beat the chicken egg, or you can use one yolk. Lubricate with a kitchen brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or flax seeds. You don't need to sprinkle it at all. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30-50 minutes until golden brown.

Sausages in yeast puff pastry are ready. Cool to room temperature and invite everyone for a tasting.
