Instead of regular parboiled rice, I decided to try a surprisingly affordable mix of wild and regular rice, and I decided to follow the “what was in the fridge” principle in choosing vegetables. It turned out to be a very organic combination!
  2. Immediately put the water on to heat, because the tips for cooking this rice indicate that you need to throw a bag into boiling water. By the way, it turned out to be incredibly convenient to cook rice in a bag. You can not be afraid that it will burn, and while it is cooking, you can not be distracted by rice.
  3. In the meantime, the water is heating up, let's not waste time and start cutting vegetables. The onion went under the knife first. I cut it finely as in overcooking for soup.
  4. Then I decided to add the leftover stroganoff celery, which you can also find on the website. In general, until recently, it never occurred to me that celery stalks can be subjected to heat treatment. I thought that, like, for example, with a cucumber, nothing good would come of it. And now I'm drawn to add at least a couple of stalks to any vegetable overcooking, although its specific taste is not very noticeable in the end.
  5. By this point, the water was already boiling, and I put the bag in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  6. While the rice is cooking, try to have time to prepare a mixture of vegetables. We do not cut the mushrooms very finely and put the onion, celery and champignons in a pan with a little oil.
  7. Frozen peas and spinach are sent to them. Nothing needs to be thawed: both the spinach washer and the peas will have time to defrost and cook in a few minutes.

  1. Put ¼ of the prepared oil in a pan, where we add the vegetable mixture (without defrosting it);

Before you start cooking, you should prepare all the ingredients. We remove the canned components from the cans and allow the excess liquid to drain.

Peel the skin off the carrots, then wash them and chop them into medium cubes. We do the same with the onion: we remove it from the husk, wash it and crumble it with a square.

We free the garlic teeth from the husk and pass it through a press, if desired, you can finely crumble it.

If necessary, remove the skin from the chicken, then wash it abundantly and chop it into small convenient pieces.

It is important to rinse rice groats abundantly so that the liquid ceases to be cloudy.

  1. Put a spoonful of melted butter in a frying pan and add frozen vegetables. Fry them for five minutes.
  2. In another, deeper pan, melt the remaining butter. Pour rice cereal into it, add a little curry and turmeric.

Peel the tomatoes from the skin (you can put them on a fork and burn them on the fire, or scald them with boiling water) and cut into cubes.

In a wok (or just in a frying pan), heat ½ tbsp over medium heat. onion oil and pour the beaten egg mass into the wok. Fry, stirring constantly to break the egg mass into small pieces. Remove the mixture from the wok onto a plate.

Gently knead the lumps of boiled rice with your hands, add the rice to the wok and fry, stirring gently, the rice for a couple of minutes. You only need to heat it up to a temperature acceptable for eating (or until the moment when the rice is colored with tomato sauce).

Add the egg mass to the wok, mix the contents of the wok, taste the rice and, if necessary, add salt to taste.
Add green onion rings to the wok, mix everything again and remove the wok from the heat.
