How to cook a kurnik: a simple recipe with aspic, pancake and puff pastry

Pancake pie with cheese and chicken

Compound:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • milk - 300 ml;
  • sifted flour - 150 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • dill;
  • chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • bulb;
  • tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • hard cheese - 300 g.

Cooking:

  • Let's do the pancakes first. Beat the eggs well and combine them with milk, mix.
  • Salt the egg-milk mixture and introduce the sifted flour in small portions.

  • A little trick: to fill the kurnik with bright flavor notes, add washed and chopped dill to the dough. Again, mix everything well.

  • We fry pancakes in the classical way on both sides.

  • For the filling, boil the chicken fillet first. This is necessary so as not to fry the meat for too long afterwards. By the way, you can cook meat in a double boiler.
  • Cool the finished fillet and cut into small cubes.

Compound:

  • 200 g chicken fillet;
  • 250 ml sour cream;
  • 100 g of creamy margarine;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 9 st. l. sifted flour;
  • salt;
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • 5-6 potatoes;
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oils.

Cooking:

  • We wash the chicken fillet and set to boil.
  • We also send potatoes to the stove and cook it, as they say, in uniform.
  • In a water bath or in a microwave oven, melt the margarine and add the eggs, mix.
  • We will send sour cream and mayonnaise there. Mix thoroughly.
  • We extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to the dough, and then salt it. Mix until smooth.
  • Now we introduce the sifted flour and knead the base for the kurnik. It should be liquid.

  • Cut the breast and potatoes into small cubes.
  • Lubricate the heat-resistant form with oil and pour ½ part of the filling dough.

  • Now we make a potato layer and fill it with the remaining half of the dough.

  • We bake the kurnik in the oven at a temperature mark of 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. The readiness of the cake can be checked with a knife. If the dough does not stick to it, then the baking is ready.

Puff chicken with mushroom notes

Now let's look at how to cook puff pastry chicken. For the filling, take ground beef, mushrooms and potatoes. It will turn out a very satisfying and tasty dish.

Compound:

  • 0.3 kg of minced beef;
  • 0.3 kg of potatoes;
  • 150 g of champignons;
  • bulb;
  • 150 g margarine;
  • 1 st. kefir;
  • 2.5 st. sifted flour;
  • salt;
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar;
  • a blend of spices.

Cooking:

  • Sift flour, add salt and granulated sugar.
  • Grind margarine with a knife into crumbs and combine with flour. Grind everything well to the state of crumbs.

  • Pour in kefir and knead the base. The ideal dough for a chicken coop is elastic and not too tight. By the way, instead of kefir, you can use yogurt.

  • We send the dough to the freezer, and in the meantime we will prepare the filling.
  • Peel potatoes and onions and cut into small cubes.
  • We clean the mushrooms, rinse and chop them into cubes too.
  • Combine ground beef (you can use any other) with vegetables and champignons, salt, season with spices and mix.
