Recipe from Catherine Vitina: I never did yeast pancakes, I somehow closer to ordinary pancakes on kefir or on sour milk. Bribed simplicity of recipe: water, yeast and flour. No milk, no eggs, it became interesting to me, is it really delicious? I will say ahead that I have not eaten such delicious oldes. I still can not believe that the dough is kneaded on ordinary water, I will not even try to replace it with milk, because it is not at all necessary, it's not very good for nowhere, the more products, the better the ready-made dish. Lush, gentle, air, soft, not rubber, which is very important! With honey or with jam, it's just fantastic! In general, I am impressed if you still do not know such a recipe, be sure to pay attention to it and try to cook. There are not so many of these recipes from the series "from anything sweetie" and I really appreciate them when they come across. By the way, if the dough knead a little walk, then you can lean donuts, which with a hole inside and that used to be sold in stores - one to one turns out.

To bake such tasty pancakes it took me:

water - floor liters

sugar - 2 tbsp.

salt - 1 tsp.

flour - 500 gr

yeast - 1.5 ppm

Cooking:

Water rooted slightly,salt, sugar, yeast, stirred immediately into it.


Immediately poured flour.

I stirred the mass and left for 20 minutes. Depending on the flour, the thickness of the dough may turn out to be different, but on the taste of pancakes it will not affect.


After 20 minutes I mixed again, it seems that the dough has already risen a little and became drumming. Leaving 40 minutes to rise.


After 40 minutes, the dough increased due to three times. Further, it depends on the thickness of the dough, you can lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and straight off the pieces of the dough straight, to smear them a little, forming pancakes.


I had a little liquid dough with my flour, so I looked down a spoon in the oil and jumped off the dough with a spoon. Although then I'm tired of it and I began to tear my dough with my hands and quickly transfer it to the pan.
