The way of cooking this dish is not much different from, except that the liver is added to the dough (it can be chicken, pork or beef). As a filling, you can also use everything that your soul (roasted mushrooms or carrots with onions, cheese with garlic or some more vegetables). That's just sweet foods with the liver are unlikely to be harmoniously combined.

Ingredients:

for pancakes:

  • 360 grams of beef liver;
  • 1 egg;
  • 250 ml. solid milk;
  • 100 grams of wheat flour;
  • 5 grams of salt;
  • 15 grams of semolina;
  • 30 ml. vegetable oil;
  • 5 grams of dough baking powder.

for filling:

  • carrot - 2 not very large root root;
  • garlic - to taste;
  • major bulb;
  • mayonnaise - about 100 grams;
  • vegetable oil - no more than 30 ml.

  • Exit: 13 pancakes with a diameter of about 15 cm.

How to prepare pancakes from the liver:

Clean and rinse vegetables. Tatch your favorite size garlic and onions, with a grater with medium cells grind carrots.

Fold everything in the pan, drop a bit of oil, fry to a soft state and retain to the side.

The liver is thoroughly rinse, cut into small pieces and with the help of a blender convert to the puree (as a last resort, use the meat grinder with the small grid).

Lay out the liver puree in a comfortable container (saucepan, for example, or a cup), lean the egg, add salt, semolina and milk. Now enter flour plus a baking powder, stir so that there are no lumps.
Last but you will pour some oil and leave for minutes at ten minutes.

In the meantime, it is a pretty warm frying pan, smear the oil (only for the first pancake). Pour the amount of test you need with a healthst one (depending on which thickness you need the pancakes) and dispense the bottom of the container.

Fry pancakes from the liver from two sides literally one minute with each (on moderate heat).

You can first bake all the liver pancakes and fold the stack or immediately lubricate with mayonnaise

Decistent stuffing (the number of it is again at your discretion) and roll up the tube (roll).

As soon as you finish frying and wrapping all pancakes, you can immediately serve them to the table.
