We will need:

  • Boiled egg - 2 pcs.
  • Jacket potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Red salad onion - 1 pc.
  • Dill, parsley
  • Mayonnaise.

Recipe:

Cut the cucumber into rings 0.5 cm thick and place in a deep bowl. Cut the potatoes into quarters and add to the cucumber. Cut one egg into half rings, leave the second for decoration. We also cut the onion into half rings and add to the salad. Vegetables can be slightly salted.

  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces (about 120 grams);
  • onion - 1 piece (about 50 grams);
  • chicken egg - 3 pieces

  • sour cream 15-20% - 2 tablespoons;
  • mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon;
  • mustard - ¼ teaspoon;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • For decoration:
  • green onions - a few feathers.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the beets well, dry with a paper towel, and wrap in foil. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 2 hours.
  2. Remove the baked beets from the oven and cool.
  3. When the beets have cooled, they need to be peeled and cut into small cubes.
  4. Also cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  5. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool, peel and cut as you would baked beets and pickles.
  6. Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, dry and finely chop.

Prepare salad dressing:

  1. In a small cup, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, adding salt and black pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Place chopped vegetables in a salad bowl: baked beets, onions and pickles and eggs, add prepared dressing, mix well.
  3. The salad can be served simply in a salad bowl, or in portions using a serving ring.

Method of preparation (for convenience, we divide the process into 8 stages):

  • Wash the chicken liver well under running water. Boil in salted water. From 1 kg of raw chicken liver you will get approximately 650 g of boiled liver.

HOUSEKEEPING TIP: Place chicken livers in boiling water and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. In general, 10 minutes is enough for chicken liver. If you cook for 15 minutes, it will become a little tougher. But in a double boiler the chicken liver is cooked for 30 minutes.

  • Cool the finished chicken liver and cut into cubes.
  • Boil the carrots in their “jacket” and cut them in the same way. In general, how large to cut the salad ingredients is up to you. I prefer the carrots to be smaller and the pickled onions to be a little larger.
  • In a large container we combine the components.
  • Add green peas, after draining them in a colander.
  • Slice the pickled cucumbers. I like them cut into strips. This time I got a jar of homemade cucumbers, quite spicy, which only added piquancy to the salad.
  • Add them to the salad along with pickled onions.

Ingredients:

  • Any baked meat or poultry, without skin and bones - 400 g;
  • Ripe medium-sized avocado - 1 pc.;
  • Medium pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • Small medium hot chili pepper - 1 pc.;
  • A small bunch of green onions;
  • Homemade mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.ready horseradish - 1 tsp.
  • Mustard to your taste - 1 tsp;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into small pieces or separate it into fibers by hand. If the pickles have hard skin, peel it. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel the pulp, cut into cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Slice the green onions very thinly.

For dressing, chop the chili, mix with mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard.

Toss the poultry with the dressing, add green onions, cucumbers and avocado in sequence. Mix with avocado carefully so that the cubes do not turn into porridge. Season with salt if desired and let sit for 15-20 minutes. refrigerate and serve.
