Peach iced tea recipe. Step-by-step recipe with photos and videos

In order to understand what really high-quality and delicious flavored tea is, you must definitely try the plain Taiwanese oolong with peach... Its main feature is that the basis for this unique drink is the extremely popular in Taiwan oolong "Spring of the Four Seasons". It is he who is considered so universal that it is ideal for various kinds of experiments in terms of mixing with other ingredients, among which natural fruit and floral flavors occupy a special place. In this case, we used peach juice added to the tea leaves during fermentation, which gave it such original taste and aroma properties. It is noteworthy that there are no flavor enhancers or other chemical compounds in this oolong - everything is of natural origin.

The quality and originality of the products is guaranteed by the fact that our Association of Tea Farms in Taiwan is directly involved in the cultivation and processing of tea, and also directly exports to Russia. This affects such an important indicator as cost - in our case, it is always at the minimum level. As for the quality, there are no doubts here either, because there is no intermediary link. It is fundamentally important for us that every client is satisfied with the purchase, so we put all our efforts into this. The tea masters are distinguished by a high level of responsibility and strict adherence to the traditions of tea production, which plays an important role in the final quality of the entire assortment of tea offered.

Peach-flavored oolong tea produces the tea farm Tea Park. It is very popular and respected in Taiwan, and for good reason. First of all, this is due to the fact that all production there is completely organic, without the use of artificial fertilizers and other questionable substances. Three generations of tea masters - this is what serves as a convincing argument in favor of the fact that the economy is constantly improving, not forgetting the classic traditions, and gradually supplementing them in order to keep up with the times. All production is concentrated in the unique climatic region of Yonghe, ideal for growing high quality plain oolong, which is then blended with natural flavors. The plantations are located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, what gives tea a special "sunny" taste and aroma.

Peach oolong taste and aroma

This tea is especially refined not only by the use of peach juice as a flavoring agent, but also by the presence of jasmine flowers in the composition. It is they that add sophistication and tenderness to the aroma of tea, harmoniously complementing the persistent, slightly sweetish-sour taste of brewed tea, acquired from the peach. The color of the infusion is bright and rich, pleasantly pleasing to the eye and makes you want to immediately try this excellent and so aromatic tea... Peach itself is very pleasant to smell, and in combination with jasmine and excellent oolong, a triple aromatic bouquet is obtained, which is very difficult to characterize, although it is simply impossible to call it anything other than luxurious.

Iced Peach Tea is an aromatic and delicious refreshing drink that can be made in minutes from four basic ingredients. Such a drink will pleasantly diversify tea and coffee everyday life, will appeal to both adults and children, and will give the feeling of coolness so desired on hot summer days. Try it!

Prepare ingredients according to the list.

Cut 3 ripe medium peaches into slices.

Place the peach slices in a saucepan. Add sugar and 800 ml of water. For a feeling of light, subtle sweetness in the finished drink, as a rule, 100-150 grams of sugar is enough, for the sweeter version - 200-220 g.

Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, to dissolve the sugar.

Turn off heat and add 2 tablespoons to the saucepan. (no slide) large leaf black tea and 2 sprigs of mint.

Mix everything again, cover the pan with a lid and refrigerate the mixture until room temperature... If you prefer weakly brewed tea, leave the tea for no more than 7-10 minutes, then remove the tea leaves, and leave all other components until completely cooled.

Then strain the mixture, separating the flavoring components. Peach slices can be eaten or used to serve a drink. The resulting peach tea concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

Dilute the concentrated mixture to your liking by adding another 400-600 ml of chilled boiled water.

To serve the drink, add a few ice cubes and 2-3 peach slices to each glass.

Pour the drink into glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint if desired and serve.

Iced peach tea is ready.

It's a hot summer, the temperature does not drop and I am experimenting with soft drinks... One of the experimental results was cold peach tea. At first I tried to infuse tea on peach wedges, but the use of peach syrup turned out to be much more effective, it makes a fantastically tasty and refreshing drink with it. The syrup can also be used for lemonades. Everything is very simple, as always.

For 4 servings you need:

  • 3 cups hot boiled water
  • 3 tsp black tea (or 3 bags)
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups of water
  • ice cubes

Wash and dry peaches. Cut one into small cubes and set aside the other.

Put sugar, chopped peach and 0.5 cups of water into a saucepan (ladle or small saucepan). Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Strain the syrup through a sieve, pressing the peach slices with a spoon. The pomace can be used for porridge or ice cream, for example. Let the syrup cool to cool it down quickly, you can gently immerse the saucepan with the syrup in a larger saucepan of cold water so that it reaches the middle of the saucepan.

Brew tea in 3 glasses hot water, cool. As soon as the tea is brewed to the desired strength, its leaves or bags must be removed so that the tea does not have bitterness.

Mix tea and syrup in a jug, mix well. You can send it to the refrigerator on demand or serve it right away. When serving, add the set peach wedges and ice cubes.

It turns out a wonderful, rich tea. If you like a lighter and more unobtrusive taste, then you can add more cold water or tea.

Cold peach tea is very good at quenching thirst, which is extremely valuable in hot weather.

Bon Appetit!

Prepare the ingredients for making iced peach tea.

The first step is to brew tea. To do this, pour the tea leaves into a disposable paper bag or a special strainer (if there is nothing suitable, then the tea will need to be filtered through a sieve after brewing) and pour 800 ml of boiling water, leave to brew for 10 minutes (if you wish, you can infuse the tea for a longer time, depending on the desired strength of the tea). Then remove the tea leaves and leave to cool.

To cook peach syrup... Cut three peaches into small pieces, set aside one peach for serving.

Pour them into a deep frying pan / saucepan, add sugar (select the amount depending on the sweetness of the peaches), zest (you need to rub only the yellow part) and the juice of half a medium lemon. Pour in the remaining 200 ml of water.

Cook the peaches over medium heat for 15 minutes. While cooking, as soon as the pieces begin to soften, lightly knead them with a spoon, fork, or mashed potatoes. If desired, a sprig of mint or basil can be added to the peaches a minute before cooking for extra flavor.

Throw the resulting peach pulp with syrup on a sieve. Squeeze the pulp thoroughly.

If you wish, if you like drinks with pulp, then it is not necessary to decant the syrup, you can wipe the whole mass in a blender and in this form can already be used to make cold tea.

Pour the peach syrup into the tea and stir. Remove the sample and, if necessary, add additional sugar, lemon juice, or, if you have gone too far with something, you can pour in a little water. Cool well.
