250 g boiled chicken meat, 7 crab sticks, 3 avocados, 2 sweet peppers, 2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped green onions, 1 celery root, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chopped dill, 1 teaspoon of chopped basil, 2 cups bean sprouts, 6 lettuce leaves, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped parsley, 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon salt.

Cut boiled skinless chicken and crab sticks into small cubes. Peel, wash and finely chop the celery. Remove seeds from red and green sweet peppers, rinse, cut into small pieces, combine with celery, meat, bean sprouts and crab sticks and mix. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, sugar, salt, ground pepper and dill, pour half of this sauce onto the salad and mix it well again.

Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the seeds, remove some of the pulp, leaving the walls at least 1 cm thick, and finely chop the pulp, mix it with the crab salad and place in the avocado halves. Place the lettuce leaves on plates, place the avocado halves, pour the remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Salads occupy a special place in the diet of people living on this continent. The wide range of such dishes is due to the craving for the use of natural products and the abundance of sauces. With rice and red pepper

This interesting and moderately satisfying dish was invented by Bulgarian chefs. Despite the fact that there are not many ingredients in its composition, it turns out surprisingly tasty and bright. To prepare it you will need:

  • 150 g rice.
  • 100 g sweet bell pepper (red).
  • 250 g green peas.
  • 25 ml 3% vinegar.

  • 90 g lightly salted herring.
  • 50 g onions.
  • 200 g potatoes.
  • 2 g mustard.
  • 20 ml of 3% vinegar.
  • 15 ml vegetable oil.

The washed potatoes are boiled in their skins, cooled, peeled, cut into centimeter slices and placed in a deep salad bowl. Thin onion rings and slices of herring are also sent into it. The resulting dish is seasoned with a sauce consisting of mustard, vinegar and vegetable oil.

With cheese and vegetables

It is interesting because it involves the use of a large assortment of vegetables, which makes this dish not only tasty, but also extremely healthy. To replicate it in your own kitchen, you will need:

  • 200 g moderately salted cheese.
  • 200 g black olives.
  • Clove of garlic.
  • Bulb.
  • 2 ripe tomatoes.
  • Fresh cucumber.
  • 2 sweet peppers.
  • 1 tbsp. l. grape vinegar.
  • 70 ml olive oil.
  • 1 tsp. liquid honey.
  • Oregano and basil.

If necessary, washed and dried vegetables are freed from seeds, cut into slices and placed in a deep salad bowl. Onion half rings, crushed garlic and olives are also added to it. The whole thing is drizzled with a sauce made from olive oil, grape vinegar, honey, oregano and basil, and then sprinkled with cubes of feta cheese.

With potatoes and mustard dressing

Lovers of simple and satisfying food will certainly like this nutritious European salad, a photo of which will be published below. Its recipe was invented by Austrian housewives and is still very popular in its historical homeland. To make a dish like this, you will need:

  • 500 g potatoes (preferably small ones).
  • 150 ml beef broth.
  • 3 tbsp. l. wine vinegar (preferably white).
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
  • 1 tsp. just the right amount of hot mustard.
  • 1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar.
  • 3 tbsp. l. chopped red and green onions.
  • Salt.

Washed and peeled potatoes are cut into slices and boiled until tender. As soon as it softens, without cooling, place it in a bowl with a marinade made from wine vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, olive oil and beef broth. No earlier than half an hour later, the dish is sprinkled with chopped red and green onions and placed on the table.

With avocado and pink salmon

This interesting salad of European cuisine will certainly appeal to seafood lovers. Thanks to its excellent taste and aesthetic appearance, it is ideal for both a family lunch and a gala dinner. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 200 g pasta.
  • Avocado.
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes.
  • 100 g pink salmon (canned).
  • 100 g olives.
  • 3 tbsp. l. lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Salt and aromatic spices (to taste).

The pasta is boiled in boiling water, drained in a colander and seasoned with some of the available olive oil. Then they are placed in a salad bowl and combined with mashed pink salmon, olives and avocado slices. The resulting dish is salted, seasoned with spices, sprinkled with lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil.

With chicken and vegetables

This light European salad has a relatively low energy value and can be considered dietary. Therefore, even those who count every calorie consumed will not refuse it. To create this dish you will need:

  • Chicken fillet.
  • 3 tomatoes.
  • Fresh cucumber.

This European salad with an unusual name was invented by the French. It is a combination of mushrooms, vegetables, chicken and pasta. All this makes it not only very tasty, but also very nutritious. To prepare it for a family dinner, you will need:

  • 150 g pasta.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 150 g mushrooms (pickled).
  • 200 g red ripe tomatoes.
  • 200 g fresh celery.
  • 250 g chilled chicken fillet.
  • 100 g 20% ​​mayonnaise.
  • Fresh parsley, salt and aromatic spices (to taste).

The washed chicken fillet is placed in a pan filled with water and boiled until tender. After twenty minutes, the meat is removed from the broth, and pasta is poured in its place. As soon as they are cooked, they are thrown into a colander, washed and placed in a salad bowl. Pieces of chicken fillet, chopped eggs, mushrooms, celery and tomato slices are also sent there. The resulting dish is salted, seasoned with spices and mixed with low-calorie mayonnaise. Before serving, it is decorated with parsley.

Lyonnaise salad

This recipe became famous thanks to the ingenuity of French chefs. To repeat it you will need:

  • 500 g champignons.
  • 8 quail eggs.
  • 400 g corn salad
  • 8 cherry tomatoes.
  • ½ lemon.
  • 100 g mayonnaise.
  • Green onions, cilantro and dill.
  • Vegetable oil, salt and dried tarragon.

The washed champignons are cut into slices and fried in vegetable fat. Then they are placed in a salad bowl. Slices of boiled eggs, halved tomatoes, torn root leaves and chopped herbs are also added there. All this is salted and topped with a sauce made from mayonnaise, lemon juice and dried tarragon. The resulting dish is carefully mixed and served for lunch.

However, in the Middle Ages, salad culture practically did not develop. It was only at the turn of the 17th century that ancient culinary traditions were revived in France. And a real boom in salads began. They began to be prepared in huge quantities.

Ingredients needed to make ham salad:

  • ham – 300 g
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.

  • fresh parsley – 50 g
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • salt - a pinch

The ham should be cut into cubes and placed in a bowl. Wash the cucumbers and also cut into cubes. Boil the chicken egg until thick, peel and cut into strips. Also cut the Estonian cheese into strips. Wash fresh parsley, dry and finely chop.

Combine all the salad ingredients, add garlic and mayonnaise crushed through a press, add a little salt and mix evenly.

  • canned mushrooms – 200 g

  • Chinese cabbage – 400 g
  • crab sticks – 200 g
