  • one egg;
  • a glass of ice-cold drinking water;

Shrimp intended for grilling must be cleaned of the shell, head and intestines, but the tail is left on. Before frying, you should marinate the product for about one and a half to two hours. It is more convenient to place shrimp on the grill on skewers, skewers, or on grates with small cells. Frying time is usually about five minutes.
