  2. Beat eggs lightly with a mixer with sour cream, salt and sugar. Then pour into the cooled chocolate mixture, stir.
  3. After sifting, gradually introduce flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Knead a fairly thick chocolate dough.
  4. Put the thick flour mass into oiled or covered with corrugated liners containers for mini-muffins. We fill the forms by about 2/3. The number of products in the recipe is designed for 12-15 molds.

  • 3-5 tablespoons of milk;
  • pretzel cookies;
  • brown and red candies M & M's (for the nose).

Cooking "Deer" New Year's chocolate muffins

1. Preheat oven to 180 °. Combine milk, granulated sugar, chopped chocolate, butter. Melt in a microwave or water bath and stir until smooth.

2. Beat eggs into the milk-chocolate mixture, beat well.

3. Separately combine flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa powder, salt, mix the ingredients.

4. Combine the milk-chocolate and flour mixture. Knead into a soft dough (slightly thicker than pancakes).

5. Divide the dough into small muffin tins (preferably with paper sockets of suitable size), bake for 15-18 minutes.

6. Cool the finished muffins in the tins. Cupcakes almost double in size and are very tender.

7. Biscuits: Preheat oven to 190 °. Separate the white from the yolk.

8. Grind the yolk with half the granulated sugar. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until bulky, then, whisking, gradually add the rest of the granulated sugar. Beat until firm peaks.

9. Gently combine the whipped whites and yolks, stir only from bottom to top.

10. Sift flour combined with starch into the beaten mass.

11. Mix very gently (strictly from bottom to top). You will get an airy, light dough.

12. Using a culinary bag with a wide round nozzle (or 2 teaspoons), place small circles with a diameter of 1.7-2 cm on a baking sheet covered with parchment (leave 2-3 cm between the cookies, as it will slightly increase in diameter).

13. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.

14. Melt the milk-filled chocolate bar. The frosting should not come out too thin. It should be easy to apply and dry quickly. In order for the glaze to shine, add a tablespoon of butter and granulated sugar, stir the hot mass until a homogeneous consistency.

15. Decoration: Apply the icing to the cupcakes.

16. Stick the biscuit cookies (muzzle) and pretzel cookies (horns).

17. Melt the white chocolate in a warm (not hot!) Water bath (no milk added). Squeeze small circles (eyes) onto the parchment using a pastry bag with a narrow round nozzle. Make the pupils from dark glaze. Let the chocolate harden.
