Preparation

The very first thing we need to do is boil the meat and at the same time get the broth for the soup. In the meantime, it is being prepared, we will make a potato base for our future meals.

We put the water on the fire, clean, wash and chop the potato tubers coarsely. We put it in boiling water, it should only cover the potatoes, add the bay leaf. Leave to cook, add salt at the end.

While these two processes are taking place, you can start preparing the onions, which will also go into the filling for food. We clean the onion, rinse it under cold water and chop it as for frying.

We send it to a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté over low heat.
