Rub the cheese on a fine grater.We put chicken, crab sticks, tomatoes, onions and corn in a salad bowl.Stir gently so as not to crush the tomatoes. When serving, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. You don't need to salt.

Salad * Marseille * with prunes and Korean carrots


Ingredients:

  • 2 smoked legs,
  • 300 gr of hard cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • a glass of pitted sweet prunes,
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300 gr of ready-made Korean style spicy carrots,
  • half a glass of some crushed walnuts,
  • 500 gr mayonnaise,
  • salt,
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • a bunch of parsley.

Preparation:

But once a year, the day of March 8 comes, and I decided to make a small digression, not always, you can sometimes give vent to your weakness.

Have you decided that I have no weaknesses? I myself would like to ... But no, I am a sinful, earthly woman. With all the ensuing consequences. Smoked chicken salad will be my weakness today. But! We will do our best to get the maximum benefit.

How to choose the right chicken

In fact, chicken is healthy and even dietary meat, since it is low in fat. It contains a lot of substances necessary for health: amino acids, easily digestible proteins, vitamins. But smoking is, unfortunately, not the healthiest way to process food.

Important! The most harmful thing about smoked chicken is the skin. It is removed even in the boiled one, and here it must be removed even more so before preparing the salad.

  • a third of a glass of walnuts (chopped, of course),
  • a couple of garlic cloves.

Cut into cubes, salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise, garnish with parsley and pomegranate seeds. If you respect corn, add it, it will be even tastier.

There is also a simplified version of the classic "Winter Evening", which always helps me out if guests come unexpectedly or need to quickly prepare something in a hurry, in the morning, for example.

Fast salad with croutons

We will need:

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • a pack of mushroom croutons,
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • our main ingredient: smoked breast.

We cut everything into cubes (in the form of crackers), mix, fill, decorate. By the way, you can fill it not only with mayonnaise, but also with lemon sauce. For decoration, you can use sprigs of parsley, pomegranate seeds and / or pastry poppy. Everything is very fast. Five minutes - and you can go out to the guests with a delicious and beautiful salad.

Another easy chicken option. True, I myself have not tried it yet, but judging by the presented video, it promises to be delicious.

Smoked chicken with pita bread

Very tasty winter salads, but winter is already over, so let's make a salad with a name appropriate for the season.

March - with Chinese cabbage

  • Smoked breast fillet,
  • half a cabbage of Peking cabbage,
  • a third of a celery root,
  • bell pepper pod.

For dressing: apple cider vinegar with olive oil, a little salt.

Cut all the ingredients into thin strips, marinate the celery in apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes. Light salad without mayonnaise. Stirred, salted, added olive oil. Happy spring to you!

Napoleon is a puff salad, and I usually lay the layers in this order: chicken, onion, cheese, apple, eggs. But, any salad is the creativity of the hostess, so you can do it as you like.

Cut the chicken into cubes, cheese, eggs and three apple on a coarse grater. Saturate each layer with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with crushed crackers on top (what kind of "Napoleon" without sprinkling?).

March 8 is a special day. This is the only day of the year when all the whims are forgiven to you and me, dear ladies. And this one - with chicken and pineapples - especially. Are we capricious?

For him, we will need to bake starch pancakes. At 2 st. l. starch, take heels of eggs and st. l. mayonnaise. Knead the dough and bake the pancakes. Cool, cut into strips. Cut the chicken breast into strips, mix, season with mayonnaise. Half an hour in the refrigerator - and only five minutes on the festive table. It does not work longer, the pancake salad is swept away immediately.

The next salad looks very nice on the table. It is flaky, but you can mix it if you want to make it quickly.

Take for one smoked breast:

  • 300 g of grapes,

  • 3 testicles,

Fry mushrooms and onions. We mix with each other. Three cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, cut the chicken into small pieces.

The salad is flaky and has the shape of a circle. We spread the layers and grease them with mayonnaise: chicken, fried mushrooms with onions, eggs, cheese. We do not smear the last layer with mayonnaise, but cover it with halves of olives on top so that it looks like seeds. The final touch is the petals from the chips. Well, here's our sunflower. You look at him - and immediately you want summer.
