  • In a deep plate, grind the cod liver with a fork along with part of the oil.
  • We also crunch the peeled boiled eggs with a fork.
  • Add fresh, washed, finely chopped greens. Instead, you can add other spices to your taste.

  • If we have a task to feed the whole family, then peel and finely dice the boiled potatoes.

  • In another bowl, brown one shredded onion. It is good if it is marinated in vinegar for at least half an hour, then an extraordinary aroma and piquancy are guaranteed.
  • Add the ready-made vegetable to the meat, continue to simmer them together over low heat.
  • Put 3 tbsp into the remaining empty pan. l. canned red beans without juice.
  • After 5 minutes, when the beans are almost ready, add 1 large or 2 smaller minced garlic cloves to it. We languish a little together and send them to meat and onions.

  1. Cook the liver, grind it in a meat grinder when already cooked.
  2. Finely chop the boiled eggs, you can dice it, or you can grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onion.
  4. When the onion turns golden brown, add to it the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, then keep on fire for a few more minutes (two to three minutes).
  5. Add liver to onions and carrots, fry, but do not overcook, so that the filling does not dry out, but remains juicy.
  6. Mix the liver filling with grated eggs.

We wrap the filling in pancakes and put in the refrigerator overnight. To make them denser, you can squeeze them a little by wrapping them with cling film. Pancakes need to be cut, arranged in columns on a plate and served, garnished with herbs on top. Rolls can be heated in the microwave, fried, baked, but just from the refrigerator they are very tasty and are quite suitable for a festive table.

With ham

  • 300 grams of ham
  • 200 grams of hard cheese
  • some dill
  • a jar of mayonnaise (preferably homemade)

Pancakes are prepared in the same way as in the previous recipe.

Cooking pancake roll with ham filling:

  1. We rub the cheese (you can use a fine one, but it is enough to grate it on a coarse grater).
  2. Finely chop the ham into cubes or thin strips.
  3. Grind the dill.
  4. Cover the pancakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, distribute the herbs, lay out the ham, add a little grated cheese on top, wrap in a roll and cut.

If you want to serve it cold, you can just hold the dish for an hour in the refrigerator, or you can serve it warm, reheat it in the microwave or in a pan, then the cheese will melt and the dish will get a special cheese taste. Only warmed up they need to be eaten quickly - after all, dishes with mayonnaise quickly deteriorate.

Mushroom

Preparation of “Filled Egg Rolls”:

First, make an omelet for rolls - beat eggs with salt and pepper, then add mayonnaise there and mix thoroughly. Now you can bake.

4. Rub the remaining cheese on a fine grater, add finely chopped herbs, garlic and mayonnaise to it. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling should be sharp.

5. Next, lay out the filling on each pancake in an even layer, slightly stepping back from the edge, then wrap it in a roll. And so with every pancake. When everyone is ready, place the rolls seam down in the pan and fry on one side so that the roll does not open - 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
