Healthy chocolate dessert.

Today we present you a recipe for a very tasty apple pie,

. The result will exceed all your wildest expectations! It is very easy to prepare. If you still have a glass of kefir, feel free to get down to business.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 apples;
  • 50 gr butter;
  • 1/4 cup sugar;
  • 200 gr semolina;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a glass of kefir (200 ml);
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • 20 g cocoa.

Here's what to do:

1) Mix dry ingredients: semolina, sugar, cocoa and soda.

2) Beat eggs with kefir a little, add dry ingredients to them.

3) Knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells and the soda reacts with kefir.


4) Peel the apples from the core, cut each into 8 slices.

5) Melt the butter in a saucepan and throw in the chopped apples.

6) Sprinkle sugar on top of them, keep the apples on fire for about 10 minutes, stirring them constantly. They should caramelize.

7) Lay out the form with foil, grease it with butter.

Put cooled apples on the bottom, fill them with thickened chocolate dough on top.

That's why I try to make my own baked goods more often. Of course, this requires spending a certain amount of time, which is always lacking with children. After all, you need to cook lunch and dinner, and no one will do household chores for you, and you also need to pay attention to children. But in order for the child to eat only natural products without any chemical additives, it is worth taking the time to make homemade cakes. All for the same reason of lack of time, recipes that are quick and easy to cook are very popular with me.

1. Our apple children's charlotte pie will be made from:
- Egg - 4 pcs,
- sugar - 1 glass,
- flour - 1 cup,
- apple (1 large or 2 small, preferably sour or sweet and sour varieties),
- butter for greasing the mold (can be replaced with vegetable oil),
- semolina for sprinkling the bottom of the mold, but not necessary.

So, first of all, we will prepare a baking dish. Lubricate liberally with butter. Then we pour a little semolina and turn the mold so that the semolina sticks and spreads evenly over the entire bottom. It is not necessary to sprinkle with semolina, but it seems to me that when sprinkled, the cake sticks less and is easier to get out of the mold.

Then wash the apple, peel it, cut the core and cut into small pieces. Spread evenly on the bottom of the mold. If the children are already old enough, then you can cut it along with the peel. My child is spitting out all the peels and films so far. So I cut off the skin. If you have an apple lying around that has already become flabby, then do not throw it away, it will fit perfectly for charlotte, but the peel from such an apple must be cut off, because. she will be tough. You can temporarily cut the apple into a separate cup and add it when we pour half the dough into the mold, and pour the other half over the laid out apples. But, I like it better when the apples are at the bottom, and the top of the charlotte is just biscuit, then it turns out more magnificent.
