It's always nice to go back to childhood memories and cook something delicious. I have already gone out of childhood, but I still love the dishes that I tried in kindergarten. Since my family is a solid sweet tooth, a delicious rice casserole like in kindergarten is always a delight. I cook it the same way as in kindergarten, since I got the recipe with a photo from a friend who worked as a kindergarten teacher for many years. She gave me the recipe on how to make rice pudding. I make this dish very tasty, which I recommend you do - cook a wonderful rice casserole that all your relatives and all the children will like. I still like this one too.




Required products:

- 150 grams of round rice,
- 300 grams of milk,
- water for cooking rice,
- 2 tables. l. granulated sugar,
- 2 tables. l. raisins,
- 40 grams of butter,
- 1-2 pinches of vanillin,
- 2 chicken eggs,
- 1 pinch of salt.

How to cook with a photo step by step





Rinse the rice, change a few waters, then pour it with clean water (about 300-400 grams) and cook for 15 minutes after the water boils. I indicated the approximate amount of water, the main thing is that there is a lot of water, it will still need to be drained.




Drain the water from the rice, pour the milk over the rice and start cooking again, but until done.




Beat the separated egg yolks and granulated sugar with a whisk. You can beat with a whisk or a mixer until the yolks turn white.






Beat the remaining chicken proteins with a mixer. You need to add a little salt to the proteins, the proteins will become lush.




When the rice is cooked, let it cool down a bit. Add butter and stir until butter is combined with rice. The butter should be at room temperature, and the rice will be lukewarm.




Pour the yolk mixture into the rice mixture.






Add vanilla, raisins and mix. It is better to add raisins to rice before proteins.




Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently to keep the egg whites fluffy. The casserole will turn out tastier and more tender. Be sure to try this recipe too

Cook rice in a ratio of 1: 2 - take two parts of water for one part of rice. Pour a pinch of salt into the cooked rice. Separate the yolk from the protein, add the yolk to a bowl of rice, transfer the protein to a clean, dry container.


Add sour cream and granulated sugar to rice immediately. Regular sugar can be replaced with vanilla.


Beat the protein until foam, using a mixer. Beat egg white at high speed for 3-4 minutes.


Now add a little semolina to the rice, mix everything.


Add the beaten protein to the rice, mix everything again with gentle circular motions.


Let the mass stand for just a couple of minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


Grease the casserole dish with butter.


Pour the rice dough into molds and place in the oven. Bake the dish for 25 minutes. Serve the finished rice casserole to the table.

You will need :

  • Round-grain rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • Milk - 2 tbsp.;
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Pitted raisins to taste, an average of 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking steps:

  1. We cook rice. After boiling water, mark for 10 minutes, turn off, rinse and drain the water. Heat the milk in a separate bowl. Pour the washed rice with hot milk and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla until the crystals are completely dissolved. Beat the whites in a strong foam with a mixer.
  3. Melt butter until soft.
  4. After the rice has cooled, we introduce softened butter and yolks with sugar into it.
  5. Add raisins to the mixture, stir.
  6. We introduce into the resulting mixture the foam whipped from egg whites. It is necessary to enter carefully so that the foam does not fall off.
  7. Pour the mixture into baking molds.
  8. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. The crust should be browned.

Casserole with cottage cheese and fruit

Cottage cheese is the most valuable dairy product, rich in calcium and B vitamins. It is even used in the menu of therapeutic nutrition courses. Curd is a source of protein. However, this is a fairly easily digestible product that promotes the production of hemoglobin in the blood. Cottage cheese and rice casserole is a dish that should be in the culinary arms of every housewife.

You will need :

  • Rice - 200 g;
  • Cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs. + 1 pc. for sauce;
  • Milk - 2 tbsp.;
  • Fruits - apples, nectarines, apricots - to taste;
  • A small amount of sour cream of any fat content for the sauce.

Cooking steps:

  1. We dilute milk with water in a ratio of 2: 1. Pour the rice with the resulting solution and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

  3. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.

Rice casserole can be more than just sweet. Cooked with meat or minced meat, it will become a worthy independent dish.

You will need :

  • Rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • Minced pork and beef - 400 g;
  • Onion - one medium head;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt, black and red pepper - to taste;
  • A pinch of your favorite spices;
  • Vegetable oil.

Cooking steps:

  1. Pour the rice with 2 cups of water and cook until the water has completely evaporated, about 15 minutes. Wash and drain.
  2. We clean the onion and finely chop.

  • Milk - 200 g;
  • Pure non-carbonated water - 200 g;
  • Butter - 20 g and a small piece to lubricate the bowl;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Natural cream with a fat content of 20% - 100 ml;
  • Sugar - 50 g;
  • Raisins or dried fruits to taste.

Cooking steps:

A delicious and sweet treat for a child will be a casserole with jam. If there are no fruits, raisins or nuts in the house, jam will be a great alternative.

  • Rice - 200 g;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Milk - 200 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Jam - to taste. Depending on the consistency - about 0.5 st.;

Cooking steps:

I think many, like me, have been haunted by this casserole since childhood. Kindergarten, school, pioneer camp - not a single children's institution could do without such casseroles. Rice - half a glass

Cooking:

  • Rice is washed, covered with water and set to boil.

  • soak raisins in warm water

  • rub the melted butter with sugar, beat in the egg *, mix well until a homogeneous consistency, add the cottage cheese

  • when the rice is cooked for 5-7 minutes, pour hot milk and cook until the rice is ready

  • cool the finished rice a little, mix with the curd mass and raisins

  • put in a baking dish, grease the top with sour cream

  • we send it to the oven for 30 minutes - usually a toasted top means the readiness of the casserole.

* if you have time, you can grind the butter with the yolk, and beat the whites separately until stable peaks and add at the end to the finished mass, gently mixing from the bottom up.

    If you want to cook a casserole like in kindergarten, you will need the following ingredients:

    2. Milk - 2 cups.
    3. Sugar - 200 g.
    4. Butter - 100 g.
    5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
    6. A pinch of salt.
    7. Raisins to taste.
    8. Vanillin - 0.5 sachet.

    Preparation: Start with rice, wash and boil it for 10 minutes. Then we drain the water from it and add our milk - we cook for another 15 minutes. Turn off and cool, then add 2 egg yolks, 100 grams of butter, sugar and vanillin. Whisk egg whites separately and add. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put in the oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes.

    Rice casserole like in kindergarten:

    We take the following products:

    For two hundred grams of rice cereal, take 2 tbsp. milk and two eggs

    Chefs (I judge by my mother) have a trained eye. When preparing a dish, they already know how much to lay. Especially in the gardens you don’t get it, but the taste of the dish is sometimes better than at home.

    First, let the rice boil, then add 2 eggs to the rice, salt, sugar to taste and mix everything thoroughly. We do everything in a good mood and with a smile. Next, spread on a baking sheet (pre-greased with oil) and with high sides and put in a preheated oven.

    After the casserole is cooked, you can grease it on top with butter.

    Rice casserole with raisins

    Ingredients: 200 rice; 2 glasses of milk; 2 chicken eggs; 50 gr. raisins; a pinch of salt; 200 gr. Sahara; 100 gr. butter, vanilla.

    • How to make rice pudding:

    Take rice, if necessary, rinse and boil for 10 minutes. After that, drain the water, pour in the milk and continue to cook the rice for another 15 minutes, stirring so that it does not burn. Next, turn off the heat, cool the rice a little, put butter in it, as well as raisins, salt, vanilla and egg yolks mashed with sugar. Mix everything well. Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then carefully add them to the rice, mix. Take a baking dish, grease it with butter, put the rice mass prepared above there and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. It seems like a rice casserole is being prepared like in a kindergarten.

    To prepare the casserole we need:

    • 1 cup round rice;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 1 liter of milk;
    • 100 gr butter;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • raisins (optional)

    First you need to boil the rice for 5-7 minutes, rinse it and let the water drain. Then, in a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the latter dissolves and add milk, mix again. Melt the butter and mix with rice, then pour the milk-egg mixture into it. Add raisins if desired. Next, mix everything and put it in the form. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Everything, the casserole is ready!

  • My kid loves rice pudding too. To do this, boil rice porridge, add oil, sugar and vanilla sugar to it and mix thoroughly. Then let it cool and only then add the egg, and mix again, put it in a mold and put it in the oven. I serve such a casserole pouring jelly.

    My rice casserole recipe is quite simple. Rice needs to be cooked in a few minutes according to this recipe, which I already gave in one of my answers to BV (the only thing you need to replace water in nanometers with milk is I usually take 1 glass of water, 1 glass of milk). Depending on the amount of rice you need for the casserole, you take 2+ eggs, beat them until foamy, and then add them to the rice, which is almost ready. Then you need to add cottage cheese to the rice mass (to taste - whichever you like best: either a lot of cottage cheese, or more rice). In the resulting mass, you need to add vanilla sugar, as well as soda (on the tip of a knife - this will give splendor to your casserole). If desired, you can add washed (and steamed) raisins - but, for example, my children picked them out of the casserole all the time, so I added candied fruits or made the casserole empty). Lubricate the baking dish with oil (preferably vegetable: olive, corn or sunflower). Put the resulting mass into a baking dish and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 170-170 degrees (do not forget to grease the top with an egg to get a golden crust).
