I came across a very similar recipe a long time ago in some magazine. But, having cooked it several times, experiments began, since not all ingredients were in harmony with each other. This is how the layered salad Festive was born, with sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes. Perhaps someone else knows it under a different name? I highly recommend a delicious salad for both the festive table and for the everyday.

The list of ingredients is quite large, so let's put them together - it will be easier to navigate.

We take boiled-smoked sausage, for example, servelat, and cut into short strips. The sausage should not be hard, otherwise it will stand out too much from the rest of the soft ingredients. We spread it with the bottom layer in a salad bowl with a flat bottom.

Wash mushrooms and cut finely.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes

Now fry mushrooms with onions for 15 minutes. It is advisable to do this in a dry frying pan (with a non-stick coating), since the salad turns out to be quite oily, and the mushrooms absorb a lot of oil when frying. In the middle of frying, mushrooms need to be salted.

Wash fresh tomatoes and cut into cubes. You can first remove the peel by pouring boiling water over the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.

We cook chicken eggs "hard-boiled", clean and three on a coarse grater.

In a salad bowl on a layer of sausage, we make a layer of fried mushrooms with onions, coat with mayonnaise.

The next layer is diced tomatoes. This layer also needs to be smeared with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of grated chicken eggs on the tomatoes, coat with mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse or fine grater.

Cheese is the final layer on the Festive Salad. We spread it, and on top we make a mayonnaise net.

A festive salad with sausage and mushrooms can be decorated as you wish, taking into account the theme of the event. Usually fresh herbs, fresh vegetables are used for decoration.

Salad will be tastier if infused for 1-2 hours in a cold place.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Servelat
  • 100 g champignons
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 large tomato
  • 70 g hard cheese
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 2 tbsp. l. frying oils
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • fresh herbs for garnish

Cooking

1. For a salad, a soft servelat is suitable, not salami and not dry smoked sausage. The very texture of the salad should remain tender and soft. Cut the sausage into cubes or strips.

2. Wash the champignons and cut into small pieces, the onion needs to be cleaned and cut into small cubes.

3. Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool and remove the shell, grate on a fine grater.

4. Take a suitable deep salad bowl, put the chopped sausage on the bottom. This layer does not need to be lubricated with mayonnaise.

5. Put the champignons with onions in a preheated pan with oil and fry over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt, then remove from the pan and let cool slightly. Put the mushrooms with onions on top of the sausage, lightly grease with mayonnaise.

6. Now put the grated eggs on the mushrooms, level and lightly tamp, grease with mayonnaise and spread it.

Salad with sausage and fried champignons is an excellent dish for its taste. Like any other layered salad, it has an appetizing and spectacular appearance, so it is quite suitable for a festive table. Instead of champignons, you can take oyster mushrooms or even forest mushrooms, in the second case they need to be cleaned, boiled for 30 minutes in salted water. It is better to take sausage not the driest and not too greasy - a good soft servelat or salami will do.

2. Wash the mushrooms and chop finely. Remove the husk from the onion and finely chop it.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally. During frying, salt the mushrooms, after 15 minutes you can transfer them to the sausage - the next layer, make a grid of mayonnaise.

4. Hard boil the eggs in salted water, cool, peel and grate on a coarse or fine grater.

5. Lay the grated eggs on the mushrooms - with the next layer, level, tamp and brush with mayonnaise.

6. Wash and dry a ripe large tomato, cut into small cubes. If desired, you can remove the peel, after scalding the tomato with boiling water.

New Year's salad with sausage, cheese and mushrooms recipe step by step

Ingredients:

  • half-smoked sausage - 200-250 g,
  • onion - 1 piece,
  • fresh mushrooms - 300 g,
  • fresh medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pieces,
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces,
  • hard cheese - 150-170 g,
  • salt - to your taste,
  • mayonnaise - 200 ml,
  • fresh dill (for decoration) - half a bunch.

Cooking:

1. Cut the sausage into short, thin strips. Take a beautiful flat-bottomed holiday salad bowl and lay out the sausage sticks, this will be the first layer of the salad.

2. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse it and mushrooms under cool water, dry, cut both of these components into small cubes. In a pan, fry the mushrooms with onions for 15 minutes, salt a little to your liking. Cool and put a layer of fried mushrooms and onions on the sausage. Spread well with mayonnaise.

3. Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes, put the next layer in a salad bowl and also spread with mayonnaise.

4. Boil the eggs, peel, rub on a coarse grater, crumble them into a salad and apply a layer of mayonnaise.

5. The last layer will be cheese. Grate it on a grater (large, medium or small - choose for yourself, as you prefer and like it better). Put in a salad bowl and make a light grid of mayonnaise on top.

- if it seems to you that the skin of the tomato is harsh and will interfere in the salad, then remove it, this is easily done by scalding the tomatoes with boiling water (the skin will be removed quickly and without problems, and the pulp will remain plump).
