Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the zucchini on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.




Then we put the finished zucchini on a wide plate for cooling. Rinse dill and parsley greens under cold water and remove excess water. Cut the greens into pieces of one and a half to two centimeters. Peel and rinse the garlic. Then rub the garlic with salt in a mortar or on a board. We will prepare banks in advance. Scald them with boiling water and dry them.
